Magnets and Mounting Feet

Automatically included with the purchase of each EP2 sensor is one magnet (MTS Part 252887) and (1) pair of mounting feet (MTS Part 400802) for stroke lengths 4 to 48 inches, (2) pairs of mounting feet for stroke lengths >48 Inches (MTS Part 400802). Spare mounting feet and magnets are available for purchase.

C-Series sensors also include a magnet (MTS Part 401842). C-Series sensors with IP67 housings also include a remote mounting clamp (MTS Part 561218). Spare magnets and mounting clamps are available for purchase.

Order Processing and Delivery

Shipment leadtimes for EP2 products are 15 days. Leadtimes for and C-Series CS/CM product shipments are 20 days, The CR 40 days. Contact factory for expedited orders. Check order status.(please allow 24-48 hours for your order to appear)

Taxes

If this sale is tax exempt, please email a copy of your certificate to sensorsar@mts.com and a credit will be issued to your credit card. A certificate must be provided for each ship-to location.

Warranty

The warranty period for online products is twelve (12) months from date of shipment. Please review Terms and Conditions for further information.

Return Policy

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong EP2 product, you may return it for credit within 60 days of purchase. You must call MTS Sensors Customer Service at (800) 633-7609 for a return materials authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Note that credit returns apply only to unused sensors and a 25% restocking fee will be charged in all cases.
